This coming Sunday we will be hosting a spit roast extravaganza with a 50kg pig from El Arish Butcher. We will also be supplying the following: bread rolls from Mourilyan Bakery, fried onions, tomato, apple and BBQ sauces, delicious homemade gravy and some coleslaw. All campers need to bring is the salad of their choice and something to drink. The price per head is $7.50 and we will be coming by later this week to receive payment in advance. We've not done anything like this before so we're expecting a few volunteers to come by from when we start cooking (=10am) and point us in the right direction.
