We officially opened the café and started selling fish & chips today. It was going to be Monday but we decided to give the school kids a healthy start to their holidays. We finished up around 9pm and by then we had sold half our stock. But everyone rated our chips, which taste amazing and are cooked in healthy, cholesterol-free rice bran oil.
